These terms govern the purchase and use of the software applications offered by EAST-WEST IT Solutions (owner: Andreas Mehner; "we", "us"). They apply to our software products only; consulting services are governed by separate terms.
By purchasing, downloading or using our software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of devices stated for the edition you purchased.
The licence is granted for an unlimited period as a one-time purchase and does not include a subscription.
The content of this website is protected by copyright. You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the software or your licence keys, and you may not attempt to circumvent licensing or technical protection measures, except where such restrictions are prohibited by mandatory law.
Where we offer a free or demo version of an app, its limitations are described on the product page. Demo versions are provided without warranty.
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Prices are stated in euros; any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
The contract is concluded when your order is confirmed.
Our Refund Policy applies in addition to these terms.
The software is delivered digitally as a download together with a licence key, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, consumers in the EU and the UK), your express consent to the immediate supply of the licence and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right are obtained at the Merchant of Record's checkout.
We may provide updates and bug fixes at our discretion. We do not guarantee that updates will be provided for any specific period.
The software is provided "as is". Mandatory statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for data loss. You are responsible for keeping backups of important data before deleting files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
