Try before you buy

Where a free or demo version is available, you can try the software before purchasing to confirm it works on your system.

14-day money-back guarantee

As a voluntary guarantee for all customers worldwide: if the software does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no complicated questions.

Apart from this guarantee and any mandatory rights under your local law, purchases of digital products are otherwise final once the licence has been delivered.

How to request a refund

Email kontakt@EWITSolutions.com from the email address used at checkout and quote your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal and local consumer rights

Your purchase and the supply of the licence are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation — for example, consumers in the EU and the UK — it lapses for digital content once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right; this consent is obtained at the Lemon Squeezy checkout before the licence is delivered.

Wherever you live, any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country remain unaffected, and our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above is available to all customers worldwide.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or licence-key sharing.

These exceptions concern only our voluntary money-back guarantee; your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) remains unaffected.
