This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with our software apps and this website. It is written with the EU GDPR as a strict baseline, which we apply to all our customers regardless of where you live. Our consulting services are covered by a separate policy.

Our desktop applications run entirely on your computer. The files you process — their names, paths and contents — are handled locally and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
This website uses no cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage — a functional setting used only to remember your choice, not for tracking.
Our website is hosted by all-inkl.com (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The hosting provider may process technical access data (such as IP address and request time) in server logs for the secure operation of the site.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the data needed to process your payment (such as name, email and billing details) under its own privacy policy. We receive limited order information, such as your email address and licence details, to deliver the product and provide support.
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your request.
We process data to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep order and contact data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and for as long as required by statutory retention obligations.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. To exercise these rights, contact kontakt@EWITSolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, the data-protection authority in your country of residence).
We are based in Serbia, a country outside the EU/EEA for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. Where we process personal data of customers in the EU/EEA (such as the limited order data in section 4), we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection law and put appropriate safeguards in place where required for such transfers.
