This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with consulting inquiries and engagements. It is written with the EU GDPR as a strict baseline, which we apply to all clients regardless of location, and is separate from the privacy policy for our software products.

Our website is hosted by all-inkl.com (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The hosting provider may process technical access data (such as IP address and request time) in server logs for the secure operation of the site.
For audience measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The measurement works without cookies, stores nothing in the browser, does not work across devices and builds no user profiles; only aggregated information is evaluated, such as the page opened, the referring page, the time, the device type and the country of origin, none of which we store ourselves. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-minimising analysis of usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which may be objected to at any time; no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required, because no information is stored on or read from the terminal device. Cloudflare acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR; processing may take place in the United States and relies on the certification of Cloudflare, Inc. under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses. When you contact us about a project (by email or a contact form), we process the data you provide — such as your name, email address, company and the details of your request — in order to respond and to prepare a possible engagement.
During an engagement we may process confidential project information. Such data is processed only for the purposes of the engagement and, where agreed, under a separate non-disclosure agreement.
We process data to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not share your data except where necessary to perform the engagement or to comply with legal obligations.
We keep inquiry and project data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and for as long as required by statutory retention obligations.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. Contact kontakt@EWITSolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, the data-protection authority in your country of residence).
We are based in Serbia, a country outside the EU/EEA for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. Where we process personal data of clients or prospects in the EU/EEA, we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection law and put appropriate safeguards in place where required for such transfers.
For audience measurement (section 2) a transfer to the United States may take place. It relies on the certification of Cloudflare, Inc. under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses.
